Leni Larsen Marøen

Leni Larsen Marøen serves as VP of Strategic Programs at Cognite, responsible for leading global digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and a top European energy operator. Leni oversees program managers and technical account managers, driving the adoption of Cognite Data Fusion and enhancing client alignment. Previously, Leni held various roles at Cognite, including Global Program Manager for Manufacturing and Strategic Customer Success Operations Director. Experience at Kongsberg Digital involved growing the Digital Twin initiative and managing strategic partnerships. Prior to these roles, Leni worked at ConocoPhillips, contributing to digital innovation and operational improvements in the drilling and wells division. Leni holds a Master of Technology in Petroleum Engineering from both Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the University of Oklahoma.
