Matt Plasker

Matt Plasker is Chief Financial Officer of Cogo Labs. Matt has spent his career working with entrepreneurial technology companies providing the financial disciplines and infrastructure to support the evolution of the businesses.

Prior to joining Cogo, Matt was the CFO of Vericept Corporation and V.P. of Finance at WebCT, Inc. Matt is a CPA in Massachusetts and holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University.
