Kenneth Howard Jr. is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and customer support. At Cohesity since June 2018, Kenneth has held multiple roles, including Senior Technical Support Engineer and Senior Site Reliability Engineer, focusing on complex issue resolution and effective communication with customers. Prior to this, Kenneth worked at Dell EMC from October 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities included applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges. Kenneth also gained valuable experience at OnRamp and ECPI University, with a foundation in network security obtained through a Bachelor's and Associate's degree from ECPI University.
