Damien Scott is the current Associate General Counsel at CoinList. Damien has also worked with EC Securities LLC, Sela Labs, Boethius, Inc., Venable LLP, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Damien has experience in capital markets, infrastructure, strategic corporate transactions, and international development projects. Damien received their J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2009.
