Arnaud Goupil

Arnaud Goupil is a Bid Technical Manager at Colas Rail since June 2022, where responsibilities include delivering accurate and competitive technical solutions for Light Rail Transit, Metro, and Main Line tenders. Prior to this role, Arnaud served as a Technical Project Manager at Siemens from January 2015 to June 2022, managing projects such as the Grand Paris Express metro lines 15, 16, and 17 and implementing the OCTYS train automation system on Paris Metro lines 3, 5, and 9. Additionally, Arnaud held the position of Deputy Technical Manager on the Riyadh Metro Project, overseeing the implementation of the CBTC system, and worked as a Commissioning Engineer for the Rio de Janeiro L4 project, a key component of the city's public transport network for the 2016 Olympic Games. Arnaud's earlier experience includes working as an Engineer at HPP French Hydro Turbine Manufacturer. Arnaud holds a degree from ECE, Ecole d'ingénieurs, as well as certificates in Sustainable Development and Mathematics & Computer Science from Technology of Monterrey and Concordia University, respectively.
