Chief Sustainability Officer at Colgate Palmolive

Ann Tracy is the current Chief Sustainability Officer at Colgate Palmolive. Ann has been with the company since 1991, when they started as the Supply Chain Director for Africa and the Middle East. In 2011, they were promoted to VP Manufacturing at Hill's Pet Nutrition, and they returned to Colgate-Palmolive in 2013 as the Chief Sustainability Officer. Ann is a passionate advocate for sustainability, and they have been instrumental in Colgate-Palmolive's efforts to reduce their environmental impact. Under their leadership, Colgate-Palmolive has become a leader in sustainable business practices, and they have helped the company to achieve its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2020.

Ann Tracy has a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Ann also has a master's degree in Engineering Technology from Lehigh University. Ann has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Applied Science from Lehigh University. Ann has also completed the Global 2020 Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

They are on a team with Wojciech Krol - VP & GM, Colgate Central Europe East, Peter Brons-Poulsen - President & CEO, Hill's Pet Nutrition, and Riccardo Ricci - VP & GM, Colgate Palmolive Southern Europe. Ann Tracy reports to Prabha Parameswaran, Group President, Global Innovation Group & Africa-Eurasia.
