Lisa R. De La Rosa is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Resources at Collabera since May 2024, where leadership and oversight of HR operations are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Director of Human Resources at MSCI Inc. for a brief period, leading the internal HR team during the company's acquisition of Burgiss, LLC. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Burgiss from November 2017 to October 2023, Lisa developed HR functions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Earlier in the career, Lisa served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Mariner's Bank, overseeing various HR functions in partnership with executive leadership. Additionally, Lisa gained foundational experience as a Paralegal in various law firms and corporate offices.
