Josh Webber is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth marketing and demand generation. Currently serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at Collective Health since December 2025, Webber previously held the position of Director of Demand Generation & ABM at Journey from February 2025 to December 2025. At Headspace from March 2022 to February 2025, Webber was a Senior Manager in Growth Marketing and also served as the Executive Chair of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group.
