Regina Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2004, they began their career as an Associate Account Manager at McKesson. Regina then joined Medco Health Solutions Inc in 2005, where they worked as a Supervisor in Customer Service before transitioning to become Manager of Client Services. At Medco, Regina managed a team of 40 client service specialists and was responsible for resolving escalated issues and creating job tools and training curriculum.
In 2012, Regina moved to Express Scripts, where they held two roles: Manager of Service Delivery and Director of Service Delivery Excellence. In these positions, they focused on managing client contracts, overseeing the quality and consistency of services, and developing growth strategies for prospective and current clients.
Starting in 2016, Regina worked at HMS as a Regional Account Director, where they managed existing client relationships, negotiated contracts, and conducted business reviews. Regina stayed with HMS until 2022.
Afterwards, Regina moved to Paydhealth, LLC and served as the Vice President of Client Services. In this role, they provided leadership and oversaw client services. Regina stayed with Paydhealth until 2023.
Currently, Regina is working at Collective Health as a Client Success Leader. Collective Health is a technology company committed to improving health benefits for employees and aims to make health benefits work better for everyone. Regina's role focuses on providing an integrated third-party administration and navigation solution for health benefits, with a specific focus on the 156M+ Americans covered by their employer. Regina started at Collective Health in June 2023.
In 2022, Regina was also a CHIEF+ Member at Chief, a private network that connects and supports women leaders.
Regina Bradley received their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Grapevine High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Regina has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include LEAD: Leadership Excellence and Development from FranklinCovey in April 2021, Double Digit Sales from HMS in March 2020, Presentation Advantage from FranklinCovey in September 2019, Project Management Essentials from FranklinCovey in April 2017, Few vs. Many: Project Excellence from Kotter in October 2016, Mark of a Leader from Aubrey Daniels International in April 2011, Aubrey Daniels (ADI) from Express Scripts in June 2010, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Kaizen, TQM & Lean Six Sigma for Business Excellence in October 2009.
