Katina Strauch

Katina Strauch has extensive experience in library and information science, currently serving as the Assistant Dean for Technical Services and Collection Development at Addlestone Library, College of Charleston since August 1979. Strauch also holds the position of Board Member at the Institute of Museum and Library Services from 2002 to the present and has been the Editor for Against the Grain, LLC since March 1989, facilitating connections between scholars, publishers, and librarians. As the Founder of Charleston Information Group, LLC, Strauch has established the Charleston Conference, contributing to the field since 1980. Prior to these roles, Strauch worked as a Reference and Audiovisual Librarian at Duke University Medical Center Library from January 1975 to June 1977. Strauch completed a degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1967 to 1972.
