Richard Kroth

Richard Kroth has extensive experience in the field of music and theater operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the TCNJ Center for the Arts at The College of New Jersey since August 1993, responsibilities include overseeing staff, budgets, scheduling, renovation projects, and long-range planning for the center. Additionally, Richard has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Music, teaching courses related to musical theatre and overseeing independent studies. Freelance work as a Theatrical Sound Designer and Audio Engineer has been ongoing since 1991, with notable projects at Wagner College and various productions. Other roles include serving on the Board of Trustees for River Valley Waldorf School and as an Elder at Presbyterian Church of Milford. Richard holds a Bachelor of Music in Sound Recording Technology from Lebanon Valley College.
