Gretchen Hardman currently serves as the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives at the College of Southern Maryland, a role initiated in January 2023, focused on evaluating and executing strategic initiatives that align with the college’s mission and vision. Earlier in her career, from 1999 to 2006, Gretchen worked as a Development Associate at the Alice Ferguson Foundation, focusing on fundraising and community outreach. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Creative Writing from Spring Hill College, completed in 1992.
