Ilya Bibekin

ILYA Bibekin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the real estate and industrial sectors. As the Founder of The HUB since August 2020, notable achievements include managing designs for major clients such as ROCHE, Sberbank, and the International Monetary Fund. ILYA has also held key positions at Colliers since June 2016, initially as Business Counselor and later as Chief Executive Director and Head of the Project Management department. Prior experience includes significant roles at MG Development, Bosch Kazakhstan, and Capital Partners Group. ILYA holds degrees in Electrical Power Engineering, Finance, and International Relations, backed by a robust educational background from Kazakhstan Academy of Transport and Communication, Kokshe Academy, and Kazakh University of International Relations & World Languages.
