James L. Elcock is currently the Vice Chair at Colliers International and has served as the President and Managing Partner since joining the Brokerage group in 1984. They have specialized in leasing and investment sales in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area for over 32 years, completing more than 1000 tenant representation transactions totaling over eight million square feet, with notable clients including Liberty Mutual and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Prior to this, James worked as a Marketing Executive at Xerox from 1981 to 1984 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Providence College.
