Mike Golarz is a seasoned commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial and flex properties, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Colliers since 2006. Throughout this tenure, Mike has also held the titles of Senior Vice President and Vice President of Industrial Brokerage Services, focusing on representing landlords, owners, and prospective tenants and buyers in the Philadelphia region, across the domestic US, and globally. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike worked as a Senior Associate Broker at Penton Media Inc. from 2000 to 2006, where Mike also served as Regional Manager.
