Paul Sweetland, SIOR, serves as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Industrial at Colliers since August 2017. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, AZ, from July 2014 to February 2017, and was Vice President of the Industrial Group at Cassidy Turley from September 2012 to July 2014. Paul also worked with Colliers International from October 2007 to April 2011 as Vice President of the Industrial Division in Las Vegas, NV, and began a career in sales, leasing, and marketing at Sweetland Industrial Realty, Inc. from January 1998 to October 2007. Paul holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1999.
