Ricardo Pacheco serves as the Managing Director and Regional Director for the Southwest Region at Colliers since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ricardo held various positions at CBRE from November 2010 to June 2021, including Transaction Management Director and Operations Manager for Asset Services in the Western U.S. Region. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Consultant at Goldman Sachs from 2009 to 2010, a Regional Sales Consultant at ING Solutions Investment Management from 2007 to 2009, and a Financial Analyst in the Financial Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson in 2006-2007. Ricardo began the professional journey as an intern at Intel Corporation in 2005. Educationally, Ricardo earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 2006, and is an alumnus of Barrett, The Honors College.
