Richard Schwartz, SIOR, serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Principal for SRS Industrial, leading the team in Southern California. With over 18 years of experience in the leasing and sale of industrial properties, Richard has developed a reputation as a reliable advisor skilled in local market conditions. Prior roles include Senior Executive Vice President at Colliers and Senior Associate at Grubb & Ellis, where Richard earned accolades for outstanding sales performance. Currently, Richard is pursuing a B.A. in Mass Communications and Sociology at the University of California, Davis, and also studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
