Shawn Givens

Shawn Givens is the Vice Chairman at Colliers, leading the Dallas and St. Louis based debt and structured finance team. With over 21 years of experience and more than 3,000 transactions totaling over $13 billion in loan volume, Shawn's expertise spans all asset types. Previously, they were an Executive Vice President at CBRE and a Principal at Capstone Financial, with a focus on commercial debt and equity financing. Shawn co-founded Nexus Energy Drinks and has served as a guest lecturer at SMU Cox School of Business. In 2022, they joined Colliers to enhance national debt solutions leveraging their extensive background and innovative approaches.
