Stephen Rutchik

Stephen Rutchik has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, having held significant leadership positions at several prominent firms. At Colliers International, Stephen served as Executive Vice President from February 2015 to February 2023 and subsequently became Vice Chairman in January 2023. Prior to this, Stephen was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from May 2011 to February 2015 and Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from March 2003 to April 2011. Throughout the career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing teams, evidenced by a successful tenure as Executive Managing Director at Colliers International - Team Kingsley Rutchik.
