Talha Maqsood

Talha Maqsood is a highly experienced professional in the field of real estate advisory, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Advisory at Colliers since September 2023, focusing on sectors such as Healthcare and Education. Previously, Talha held the position of Team Lead for Development Finance at Majid Al Futtaim from March 2018 to September 2023, where management of the North Riyadh Development Project and various assets including a Super Regional Mall was overseen. Talha's extensive career includes a role as Senior Manager in Real Estate Advisory for Colliers (December 2012 - February 2018), Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY (December 2008 - December 2012), and Associate at Grant Thornton LLP (January 2008 - December 2008). Talha is a Fellow Member of ACCA and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
