Rebecca Penfold

Rebecca Penfold has a solid background in finance and accounting. Rebecca began their career as a Finance Assistant at Premier Occupational Healthcare in 2008 and then moved on to work as an Accounts Assistant at Collinson Group from 2011 to 2013. During their time at Collinson Group, Rebecca was responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, inputting purchase invoices, managing cash flow forecasts, and analyzing variances between actual spend and budget.

In 2014, Rebecca took on the role of Senior Assistant Company Accountant at 1st CENTRAL, where they prepared monthly management accounts and dashboards for two entities. Rebecca also reviewed the work of assistant company accountants and handled various journal entries.

Rebecca then worked as a Finance Business Partner at Sussex Housing & Care from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they prepared monthly management accounts, assisted with budgeting and forecasting, and provided financial training and support to non-finance employees.

Rebecca's most recent position is with Collinson, where they started in 2020. Rebecca has held various roles within the company, including Financial Accountant, Financial Reporting Manager, and currently as a Finance Project Lead.
