Rachel Stack

Rachel Stack has over 20 years of work experience in various financial roles. Rachel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cologix, Inc. Since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Zayo Group as the SVP of Corporate Strategy & Development, where they played a key role in the $14.3 billion take-private transaction of the company. Rachel also held a Director position at RBC Capital Markets, where they led multiple M&A and financing transactions. Rachel began their career as an Equity Research Associate at AG Edwards and has also worked at Daniels & Associates, Merrill Lynch, and BlackRock Financial Management in early stages of their career.

Rachel Stack holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Columbia University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Rachel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Columbia Business School from 2001 to 2003. Along with their educational qualifications, Rachel also possesses a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
