Ruth Hutchinson

Ruth Hutchinson is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources management, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Coloplast. Previously, Ruth held various HR roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Global Strategy and HR Manager, where they provided strategic leadership for initiatives across multiple locations and employee groups. Ruth began their career as an Office Manager at H&H Surveys and has since honed their expertise in talent management, leadership development, and change management. They earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
