H. Dean Hines Jr.

H. Dean Hines Jr. is a co-owner of Nita Crisp Crackers and the founder and co-owner of The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Shop, actively participating in the artisan food movement through local and farmstead sourcing. Hines has extensive experience in academia as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University's College of Business, teaching a core course on sustainable enterprise, and serving as a Masters of Business Administration section coordinator. Previous roles include co-founder of The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro, associate pastor at Vineyard Church of the Rockies, and co-founder of Crosstrainers International, a non-profit supporting social entrepreneurs. Hines holds an MBA in Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise and a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
