Kristine Jarema

Kristine Jarema has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and companies. Kristine started their career at General Electric (GE) - Aerospace Division, where they gained experience in various manufacturing engineering, operations, and costing roles. Kristine also received training in Toyota Production System concepts and GE Work Out! and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Methodology. After working at GE, they joined Ford Motor Company as an Industrial Engineering Manager, overseeing product launch, technology, and improvement projects. Kristine also managed the Total Quality and Cost improvement plans, resulting in significant savings. Jarema then joined Visteon Corporation as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager, leading the shutdown of Visteon North Penn Facility. At Colorcon®, they served as a Process Excellence Manager, leading global and regional teams in designing future state processes and driving high-value results through FMEA and Value Stream Mapping Workshops. Kristine later held the role of Director of Performance Excellence at Abington Memorial Hospital, establishing a Portfolio and Change Management organization. Currently, Jarema serves as the Director of Global Project Excellence at Colorcon®, where they lead a multi-disciplinary PMO and delivers global strategic and technology transformations, including the launch of a new site in Brazil.

Kristine Jarema has a diverse education history. Kristine obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Additionally, Kristine pursued a Master of Science degree in The Science of Instruction from Drexel University.

In terms of certifications, Kristine obtained a certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Quality Federation and Visteon Corporation. Kristine also completed corporate training programs and attended the Enterprise Change Management Bootcamp at Prosci.
