Laura Ruiz

Laura Ruiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Currently serving as a Production Planning Supervisor at Colorcon® since August 2022, Laura oversees supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and manages procurement processes. Previous roles include Demand Planner and Inventory Analyst with proven results in improving on-time shipments and optimizing inventory efficiency. Laura has also contributed to demand planning and analysis at Trends International LLC and supported government affairs initiatives at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. With a strong educational background in policy studies and human services, Laura has developed a diverse skill set spanning eCommerce management, customer relations, and community program planning.
