Krista Mickey has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President and Lead Manager of Quality Control at Umpqua Bank since October 1998. In this role, Krista manages a Quality Control team of 22 associates and three managers, ensuring adherence to the Bank's policies and demonstrating core values. Previous positions at Umpqua Bank include Assistant Vice President roles in Loan Operations and Commercial/Consumer Loan Documentation, where Krista led diverse teams, provided coaching and training, and worked to resolve operational issues efficiently. Krista's banking career began at FirstPlus Financial, where responsibilities included processing second mortgage retail loans in compliance with federal regulations. Krista holds dual Associate degrees in General Studies and Computer Application Specialist from Green River College, and has furthered professional education through the Washington Banker's Association.
