Emily Albers

Emily Albers is an experienced professional in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Sr Director of Total Rewards CoE and Shared Services at Columbia Sportswear Company since September 2019. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Nike from 2009 to February 2022, including Director of Total Rewards Programs and Analytics and Director of Compensation. Emily began her career at Nike as a Sr. Compensation Analyst and Compensation Analyst from 1999 to 2007, and previously worked at Providence Health System as a Compensation Analyst and HR Operations Specialist from 1997 to 1999. Emily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Pre-Law Studies from Oregon State University between 1992 and 1997.
