Jessica Carbullido

Jessica Carbullido has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards. Jessica is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Columbia Sportswear.

Jessica started their career at Con-way Inc., where they spent six years as the Director of Compensation. In this role, they were responsible for the compensation function for the company, as well as the corporate HR function. Jessica then spent two years as the Senior Director of Compensation at Con-way before moving to The Standard, where they were the 2nd Vice President of Total Rewards.

In February 2018, Jessica joined Columbia Sportswear as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations. In this role, they have been able to tie their total rewards passion directly to the business strategy, oversee the implementation of a new global HRIS system, and lead protocol in multiple spaces dictated by COVID.

Jessica Carbullido has a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, an MBA in Business from Golden Gate University, and certification from WorldatWork in CCP, CECP, and GRP.
