Ashley Blanchard

Ashley Blanchard, MD, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in Emergency Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since May 2013. Prior roles include Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow and Resident Physician at Columbia University - Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York. Ashley Blanchard completed medical education at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from 2009 to 2013, and acquired a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, a Master of Science (MS) in Patient Oriented Research and Biostatistics was obtained from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health between June 2018 and May 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Medical Student at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Research Assistant at Denver Health, and Intern at the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
