Ross Gibson

Ross Gibson is an accomplished soccer coach and technical director with extensive experience in player development and coaching across various age groups. Currently serving as the Academy Pre-Formation Manager at Columbus Crew, Ross previously held significant roles at Detroit City FC as the DCFC II Head Coach and Youth Technical Director, where achievements included winning the 2021 Midwest Premier League Championship for the U20 team. Ross has also contributed to coaching and recruitment efforts at Wolves Soccer, Northwood University, Saginaw Valley State University, Scunthorpe United, and Hull City. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Hull and William Wilberforce College.
