Jeaneen Hooks

Jeaneen Hooks currently serves as the Vice President of Programming at Columbus Urban League since August 2019, where responsibilities include strategic oversight of all program areas and representation of the organization in the community. Previous roles at Columbus Urban League include Associate Vice President of Financial Compliance Performance & Strategy and Director of Financial Empowerment Services, focusing on enhancing program quality and facilitating economic self-sufficiency. Jeaneen also has a background as the Founder of Open Door Consulting, providing performance improvement business consulting from 2004 to 2008, and served as the Director of Organizational Development for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources from 2000 to 2004, establishing teams to support professional development. Jeaneen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University, completed between 2011 and 2019.
