Previously, Rick held the position of Associate Marketing Director for BD, where responsibility included leading US marketing for the Acute Urology Platform, achieving consistent growth in revenue. Rick's career also includes significant roles at Diversey, Ecolab, and Sanofi Pasteur, showcasing a strong background in sales and marketing management. Rick holds an MBA in Marketing from the Lubar College of Business and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
