Maritza G. Montiel

Maritza G. Montiel has served as a director since June 2018. Ms. Montiel served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLP from 2011 through her retirement in May 2014. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, among other things, Ms. Montiel led a variety of strategic initiatives, including the transformation of the $1.4 billion Federal Government Services Practice. During her tenure at Deloitte, she held numerous senior management roles, including Managing Partner (Leadership Development and Succession, Deloitte University) from 2009 to 2011 and Regional Managing Partner from 2001 to 2009, and she was the Advisory Partner for many engagements in which Deloitte was the principal auditor.
