Valerie Holmes

Valerie Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business assurance and operational compliance. Since April 2014, Valerie has held the position of Senior Director of Business Assurance at Comcast, following roles as Director of Operational Compliance. Prior to Comcast, Valerie worked at Crawford & Company from June 2004 to March 2014, advancing through various roles including VP of Internal Audit and Director of Global Financial Controls. Earlier experience includes positions at Grant Thornton LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, as well as an internship at Ernst & Young Deutsche Allgemeine Treuhand AG. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, earned between 1996 and 2000.
