Lourdes Arana

Lourdes Arana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site selection processes, international market analysis, and investment attraction. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank since July 2019, Lourdes focuses on negotiating incentives in Mexico and Latin America. Lourdes also holds the position of Secretaria Técnica del Consejo Empresarial de la Alianza del Pacífico CEAP at CONSEJO EMPRESARIAL MEXICANO DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR INVERSIÓN Y TECNOLOGIA, A.C. since June 2022. Previously, Lourdes was the Regional Coordinator for Asia and Latin America at Promexico, overseeing the international promotion strategy across Mexico's 16 commercial offices. Lourdes has also contributed to academic pursuits at Universidad del Valle de Toluca, held a Managing Director role at INFONAVIT, and worked in various capacities within the Government of the State of Mexico, focusing on foreign investment. Lourdes holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Universidad Anáhuac and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from Universidad del Valle de México.
