Ms. Angeline Joyce Lee joined the Group on 7 September 2020 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary to oversee the Group’s legal and corporate secretariat matters, as well as compliance and corporate governance to facilitate business processes and organizational efficiency. In 1993, Ms. Lee joined Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) to set up the Legal Department and has held different positions such as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in SPH Magazines, Head of Risk Management and Compliance, and Vice President of SPH Legal-Secretariat Division. Ms. Lee holds a Master in Business Law from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Secretary and Certified Risk-based Auditor.
