Armida Colmenares-stafford

Armida Colmenares-Stafford joined Commercial Bank of California as SVP-Regional Manager for the San Fernando-Santa Clarita Valleys. She is responsible for managing and contributing to the bank’s growth and profitability. As part of Leadership Team, she serves on the Excellence Committee.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Armida has served in senior management positions with national, regional, and community banks.

During her time with Bank of America, she led 28 banking centers as the Consumer Market Manager. With US Bank, she created products for the Latino market. Ms. Stafford led an application process to start El Camino Bank in the San Fernando Valley. Armida served on the Executive Team for Western Commercial Bank and Pan American Bank that developed recapitalization plans for strategic growth. She successfully increased loan portfolios to exceed profitability goals at First California Bank and Mission Valley Bank.

She currently serves on the Board of United Chambers of Commerce.
