Elizabeth Suárez

Elizabeth Suárez, MBA, serves as a Board Member at CommonSpirit Health and is the CEO and Founder of Avanza Business Group, d.b.a Negotiation Unleashed, a consulting firm specializing in organizational development and executive coaching. As a co-founder and partner at Inclusion in Leadership, Elizabeth addresses disparities exacerbated by social unrest and the pandemic. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member of the Latino Entrepreneur Access Program at the Latino Leadership Institute and a graduate of the Corporate Boardbound program at the Women’s Leadership Foundation. Elizabeth held the position of Executive Director at the HERS Institute, facilitating a leadership program, and was a professor at the University of Denver. Previous experience includes founding Xcelente Marketing & Advertising and holding significant roles at AT&T and ISP Channel. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from The Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
