Pierre Ramond

Pierre Ramond is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as the Directeur of the Direction de la Stratégie Urbaine et des Solidarités at the Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since 2015. This role encompasses oversight of urban planning services, financial strategy, land law, and housing policy. Additionally, Pierre Ramond has held various positions within the same organization, varying from Director of the urban strategy and prospective unit to the Director of urban planning and programming. In academia, Pierre Ramond has been an educator at IEP Paris since 1994, teaching courses on urban analysis, project initiation, and urban forms. Pierre Ramond holds a DESS in Urbanisme et Aménagement from Sciences Po and an Architecte DPLG degree from ENSA Paris-Malaquais.
