Bonnie Shea

Bonnie Shea has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Bonnie started their career as an HR manager at FamiliesFirst, Inc. in 1986. In 2008, they left FamiliesFirst to start their own HR consulting business, Shea Human Resources. Bonnie has been the CHRO at CommuniCare Health Centers since December 2018.

Their manager is Melissa Marshall, CEO. They work with Lynn Bramwell - COO, Sara Gavin - Chief Behavioral Health Officer, and Barry Chang - Dental Director.
