Jon Ritner

Jon Ritner currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Communitas International since May 2023 and is also the Leadership Coach at Jon Ritner Coaching, where a book titled *Positively Irritating* was authored in 2020, outlining an innovation framework for leaders in the social sector. Additionally, Ritner functions as a Clifton StrengthsFinder Consultant at Fuller Theological Seminary, providing personal coaching to enhance understanding of Clifton Strengths for university students and nonprofit employees. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Pastor at Ecclesia Hollywood, where curriculum was designed for adult learners and online instruction was delivered, and as Project Manager/Pastor at Serve the City Brussels, focusing on community service. Earlier roles include Associate Pastor at Williamsburg Community Chapel, where interim leadership was provided and executive team collaboration took place. Ritner holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Education from William & Mary.
