Johanna Parr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in onboarding, relocation management, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Sr Onboarding & Relocation Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since October 2023, Johanna oversees the full-service relocation program, new hire onboarding, and provides system support within the HCOT/HRIS team. Prior to this role, Johanna spent over 12 years at TMX Finance Family of Companies, progressing through various recruitment positions and culminating in a senior managerial role responsible for onboarding and special projects within the Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, experience at NorthPoint Hospitality as a Catering Manager and Sales & Catering Coordinator showcases strong organizational and sales skills.
