Fawn Zakor

Fawn Zakor, CPP®, CSSM, CHSS, serves as the Director of Safety and Security at the Community College of Allegheny County since October 2025. Prior to this role, Fawn held the position of Police Officer at Highmark Health from February 2024 to October 2025, ensuring safety for patients and staff at AHN West Penn Hospital. Fawn's extensive experience includes serving as Project Manager at Bering Global Solutions LLC, overseeing security personnel at various CDC facilities, and previous roles such as Site Lead/Captain with Oakmont Borough and Chenega Corporation. Fawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from La Roche University and an Associate’s degree from the Community College of Allegheny County. Additionally, training credentials include certification from the Allegheny County Police Training Academy.
