Anthony Faustini is the Vice President of Global Accounts at Commvault. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Faustini began their career at Big Switch Networks, where they were the Vice President of Sales for the Global Financial Services division. Anthony was responsible for the financial operations of the company, as well as the development of pricing structures and go-to-market models. Anthony was also responsible for assessing customer requirements and collaborating with product development teams.

In 2012, Faustini left Big Switch Networks to join Stealth Startup, a startup company in the early stages of development. Anthony was responsible for bringing in the first product purchase orders for the customer segment, as well as growing the global accounts and strengthening the pipeline of SDN opportunities.

In February 2019, Faustini joined Commvault as the Vice President of Global Sales. In this role, they are responsible for coaching the global sales team and building strong relationships with top 30 enterprise organizations globally. Anthony also formulates go-to-market strategies, defines operational processes, creates compensation models, and drives cross-functional engagement.

Under Faustini’s leadership, Commvault has seen a 528% increase in new accounts and they have developed impactful sales strategies that have maximized revenue growth. Anthony has also secured strategic partnerships by coordinating cross-functional efforts.

They work with Jamie Farrelly - VP, Channel & Alliances - EMEA, David Boyle - VP, Sales - Americas, and Mercer Rowe - Global Head of Channels & Alliances. Anthony Faustini reports to Riccardo Di Blasio, Chief Revenue Officer. Some direct reports include Steven Picot - Head of Public Sector, Richard Breakiron - Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives.
