Holger Thalheimer

Holger Thalheimer serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Omnicom Media Group Germany since October 2022 while also acting as an Angel Investor at adnomaly and GOCOMO since June and July 2019, respectively. Prior to these roles, Holger held the CEO position at PHD Germany GmbH from November 2015 to September 2022 and was the COO and Managing Director at Mindshare from September 2010 to October 2015. Holger's career includes serving as Director Planning at OMD Germany and Director Business Development at Omnicom Media Group Germany, alongside various roles at Carat and Schmitter Media. Holger earned a Dipl Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, complementing an educational background that includes attendance at Fachoberschule Aschaffenburg and Hanns-Seidel-Gymnasium, Hösbach.
