Sergey Grechko has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Sergey began their career in 2004 as a Senior laboratory assistant at Odessa National Telecomunications Academy. Sergey later became a Technical support engineer at Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group) from 2006 to 2011. Sergey then worked as a System administrator at B&Y Transport-forwarding services in 2012, where they were responsible for supporting the operation of personal computers, servers, and peripheral equipment. In the same year, they joined Yandex as a Helpdesk, providing assistance to users. Most recently, Sergey worked at Comodo as an L3 Technical Support Engineer from 2017, where they handled customer requests, investigated software defects, troubleshooted software problems, and collaborated with R&D teams. Sergey also provided online consultations for sales managers and support teams.
Sergey Grechko obtained their Master of Telecommunications degree from the Odessa National Telecommunications Academy. Sergey pursued this degree from 2002 to 2007.
