Ivan Baltodano Lavado has extensive experience in the mining and processing industry, currently serving as Jefe de Turno Planta de Procesos at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. since May 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing the activated carbon plant, gold and silver refining, and optimizing treatment plants to reduce costs.
