Omar Jorge

Omar Jorge has a diverse work experience. Omar started their career in 2001 as an Intern and Legislative Aide for New York State Assemblyman Michael Cohen. Omar then worked as a Sales Associate at Prudential Douglas Elliman from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, Omar began working as an Attorney at Law at Omar G. Jorge, Esq., PLLC until 2009. In the same year, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Compare Foods Charlotte. In 2012, Omar took on the role of Chairman at Aurora Grocery Group, LLC, where they oversaw the operations of multiple supermarkets.

Omar Jorge obtained a JD degree in Law from the Cardozo School of Law between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government and Politics at St. John's University from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Attorney and Counselor from the New York State Unified Court System in 2008.
